Alain Blancquart

As President and CEO of  Streamezzo, Alain Blancquart has a broad range of responsibilities including identifying strategic new business ideas and long-term growth opportunities that sustain Streamezzo's product and business development. As head of the company, Pekka's role also extends to spearheading the development and innovative surveying of new businesses, ensuring Streamezzo continues to invest its resources into mobile communications solutions of the future.
Alain Blancquart started his career at Intertechnique, which he left in 1982 to head Micropro (WordStar) for Europe. Subsequently, he was named General Manager and then President of the EMEA region for Borland International. He later joined Computervision, and then Global Knowledge as EMEA President prior to becoming General Manager and Vice President for Europe and the Middle-East for Phone.com (Openwave). In 2002, he was called upon by Sofinnova to boost Esmertec –a Swiss Corporation – as its new General Manager. He was later named Chairman & CEO of this company and was responsible for the company’s Initial Public Offering.

Stéphane Couturier

Stephane Couturier, graduate from Telecom Paris with 10 years experience on telecom market. He spent 9 years for the Canadian telecom supplier Nortel as GSM technical pre-sales for Middle East and Africa, responsible of the UMTS operators business case and financing, responsible of the EDGE project and GSM-UMTS Access marketing director. He is in charge today of developing the telecom business activities for Samsung Electronics France.

Janine Langlois-Glandier

Janine Langlois-Glandier has filled many roles in the French television industry.
From 1980 to 1985, Janine Langlois-Glandier managed the SFP.
From 1985 to 1990, she has been president of France 3 and La Sept, and of the INA (Institut National de l'Audiovisuel)
She was a producer, managing Pathé with Jérôme Seydoux in the 1990s.
In 1994, Janine Langlois-Glandier founded Pathe Interactive.
She is a former member of the CSA (Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel), the high council for regulation of the French TV business.
Since 2004, Janine Langlois-Glandier is the President of the French Mobile Tv Forum.
The Forum Tv mobile (Mobile Television Forum) brings together over 50 organizations in France. The creation of the Forum in 2004 was an initiative of the French Industry Ministry.
The Forum, where ideas are shared and compared, seeks to promote mobile television that uses both broadband telephone systems and broadcasting networks.

Martine Lapierre
Executive advisor to the Carriers Group President, and VP Strategic Marketing for the Competitive Transformation, Top Marketing Program of Alcatel-Lucent.

Martine Lapierre is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris, and holds a Master in Public Affairs from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
She started in France Telecom/Orange Group where she worked 10 years in switching, networking, data and services. This included an exchange program at AT&T (Pacific Bell, California).
She joined Alcatel in 1987 where she worked as Marketing Director for the Metropolitan Area Networks and for the Switching, and later as the Director of the Alcatel Corporate Research Center IT Department. In parallel, she was President of the TINA Consortium in 98/99.
She was President of the Switching A1000E10 Business Unit then Chief Technology Officer of Alcatel Carrier Networking Group & Mobile Communications Group (fixed and mobile). She was also President for Europe and member of the Board of Directors of the IMS Forum (formerly Softswtich Consortium & IPCC) and chaired at the European Community a workgroup on Mobile Content for the eMobility in 2003/04.

Gérard Poucet

Gerard Pousset has a degree from ENSEEIHT (Ecole Nationale Superieure d’Electronique, d’Electrotechnique d’Informatique et d’Hydraulique de Toulouse). He joined SAT / Sagem where he managed several radio-link, Digital TV and signal processing projects involving the development of complex integrated circuits (Equalizer, Digital Demodulator…).
Before joining DiBcom in 2001, he was Product Leader and Account Manager for Digital Terrestrial Set Top Boxes at Sagem.
His deep knowledge in Digital TV Technology and customers is a good opportunity for the Marketing strategy and the Business Development of DiBcom.

Claus Sattler

Prof. Dr. Claus Sattler studied Computer Sciences. He worked 17 years in a scientific institute developing OSI network software. From 1991 – 2003 he was with Eutelis Consult GmbH in Ratingen, a consultancy for telecommunications and value-added services, during the last years as a managing director. From May 2003 until September 2004 he worked as the Broadcast_Mobile_Convergence project manager in Berlin, managing the first worldwide DVB-H pilot over a public broadcast network. Now he is working as the Executive Director of the bmcoforum, an international industrial relations activity to accompany and support the development of an open market environment for mobile broadcast services.

Laurent Souloumiac
C.E.O. of France Télévisions Interactive

Laurent Souloumiac, 43 years, graduate of X-Telecom, started its career in the telecommunication industry, mainly at France Telecom. In charge with the Minitel network at France Télécom R&D (1988-1992), he was then Chief Technical Officer for Community Link at US West in Denver (1992-1994). Back to  France Telecom, he then successively was Manager of the Digital TV project for cable and satellite (1994-1996), Marketing Director for the Yellow Pages (1997-1998), then Co-founder and Manager of the Internet search engine Voila within Wanadoo (1998-2000). In 2001, he joined Socpresse (Le Figaro Group) to manage the multimedia activities. Since May 2002, he is the C.E.O. of France Télévisions Interactive which publishes and produces all the interactive contents for the France Télévisions group ; he is also in charge of the new develoments of TV on ADSL and TV on mobile phones.
